For long-term care residents
who have medical needs, we provide 24-hour-a-day nursing
care, nutritional monitoring and planning, medication
management, personal care and other medical services such
as on-site podiatry, dentistry, audiology and ophthalmology.
Our long-term care planning
encourages family involvement. Families are invited to
attend care plan meetings with the goal of being kept
informed throughout their loved one’s stay.
We strive to maintain the
dignity and quality of life of the residents we serve
through exceptional care in a gracious environment.
The
Activities Department provides a daily assortment of programs
to meet the social, spiritual and recreational needs of
residents. Monthly activity calendars are posted on each
unit as well as posted in each Resident’s room.
All residents are encouraged to participate in the various
programs. Recreational games and equipment are available
to all residents and are located in the Activity Room
on each unit.
